you really need both. i'd get the rear first though. its easier to install.

having both would be a HUGE improvement, but if money is an issue, a thicker rear will make a world of difference, especially if you have a dx or lx(i think?)

so far my suspension set up on my 03 accord coupe is tein springs, 6 speed front strut, and a 3mm thicker rear sway over the stock. no front sway and not planning on to. just get the rear, unless you want both but rear by itself does make a big difference. also if you search there are lots of forums that cover this topic.

if you have an EX than you already have a decent sized from sway bar. it's actually the same size as the one ST makes only hollow. in which case you want the rear bar only which will also give you some slight oversteer when pushed hard in a corner which is nice. if you have an LX then with a rear ST bar your oversteer will be more possibly dagerous in the wrong hands, you definetly would need to consider a used EX front bar or ST front bar.
