any tips or tricks to tweaking a stock 96 accord to get more torque ?
I have a 1996 4-door accord LX, MT of course, my problem is that it's got a 3 to 5 seconds of lagging torque/acceleration in betweeen gears from 1st thru 3rd gear during quick shifts at around 2500 to 3500 when i make a sharpe turn. Now is that normal for the accords of my kind? Could it be my stock clutch? I do have a short shift linkage installed on my shifter for quick shifting, my car is lowered, i do have a aftermarket intake and exhaust. I'm open to all suggestions.
