How much do stock Si seats weigh?

I don't really know the weight, but I doubt that there is anything out there that would be lighter, short of a bare racing carbon fiber shell.

The reason I say this is that I had to dis-assemble my seats to repair the damaged bottom pan. It's about as light a gauge steel as you could use!

that's about accurrate. 5% of the cars weight consisting of seats. You should get carbon fiber ones, they're only about 50lb each.

But honestly I don't have a scale or I'd weigh them... but I'd have to follow Wes V with why does it matter, really. Jog around your block for a month... it'll make up the difference.

about 30 pounds, maybe 33. this is first hand experience with me on a bathroom scale holding my seat.

I second this range. My stock 91 CRX Si seats are about 35lbs each including the rails, as measured on a analog bathroom scale. A surpising portion of the weight is in the rails themselves.

Same with aftermarket race buckects. You may get deceived by the sub 10lbs weights of the carbon/kevlar/composites, but that is for the buckets only (which sometimes doesn't even count the padding/cover). Once you get the right bracket(s) its starts adding back up.
