can i use a 91 civic cable throwout bearing on a 92 civic hydro tranny
ok heres the deal i'm putting a slightly used clutch in my civic 4dr and the throwout bearing in the tranny is bad( and i know for sure its the throwout bearing)
and i happen to have a brand new one laying around the was for a 91 civic cable tranny. now will this throwout bearing work for a hydro tranny and these are both sohc motors

well pull it out and check but i can almost say that they are not the same because i just did one the other day and they are different because there is a clip on the cable tranny to hold the throwout bearing

i wanna know too i think they might be different i bought a throwout bearing the other day (actually came with a clutch kit) and i think its for a cable tranny because it looks like it has two spots for some kind of clips and i need one for a hydro tranny
