My accord was sitting in the body shop since july. I went there to look at it and make sure it was still there and my Leather interior was gone. But to make it more shocking they had replaced the front and back seat with cloth, they even replaced the door panels. So now my EX has cloth instead of Leather.

I know that and thing is i worked over at that dealership. Its College Park Honda/hyunai body shop.
Then the body shop manager was like i have $2k dollars of storage fees and was like he would void it in place of the interior. But the thing is the service director said i can leave the car there and not be charged since i live in NY and i'm only down here for school and i cant have a wrecked car sitting on a college campus, since it happened right in front of the dealership to punch in. One of the guys i worked with was like i should go to the person thats in charge of the dealerships. I went to him and he was like he would pay me the difference of how much i wanted to sell the car to how much i was going to sell it cause i had a guy a lined up to look at the car with Leathers and now it doesnt so he was like whatever i sell it for to what i was aking they would give me that, but now the buyer flaked and i have no else to buy it. Please some one buy it I NEED IT GONE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANYONE THATS STILL INTERESTED IN THE CAR JUST GIVE ME A DAMN PRICE AND ITS YOURS I'M TIRED OF IT AND WANT IT GONE.

Dude, I totally agree with this guy. Don't let them do that to you man, that is your stuff. If you give up like that, then that crap shop will keep taking advantage. You need to ask for your stuff back. If they give you a hard time, sue them! It is your consumer right.

dude your really just gonna let them steal your leather interior... just get proof that it was a leather interior and take them to a public claims court... thats bs and dont let them charge you for anything..

 

what color year and how much u want for it.. what condition is it in also?.. i might buy it.

 

Were they doing repair to your car? if so, they cannot charge you for storage fees.
grab that "son of a bitch" by the throat and drag his *** to court.
contact some authority in that area and tell them your situation.
even if they have the rights to charge you for storage fees. They still don't have the rights to remove anything from your car. LAW SUIT...this is an opportunity to get rich man, go for it

they stole it, they pay whatever to get it back to the original shape, doesnt matter what they tell you, if you got pictures or people to proof you got leather before this incident. that would be great, dont hassle with this kinda crap, tell them i want my **** back.. thats all.. if not. pick up the phone, call the cops tell them what happened. pretty sure you wouldnt have to reach to the point you call the police, garrantee.. that happened to me when my system got jacked when it was getting painted. One of the shop workers yanked everything and booked it, when i went to pick it up, it was totally gone, sucks. but i told the owner, get my **** back or pay me for my ****, at first he was like yea yea whatever, what you gonna do, i called the cops, i brought my paper work, the owner of the shop who installed my system, all the receipts, and the body shop owner wrote me a check for my system. TAKE THEM TO COURT IF NECESSARY, YOU WILL WIN MORE THEN JUST THE PRICE OF YOUR INTERIOR,

 

Damn, you shoulda called the cops and get your car totalled by the insurance company, IF they took airbags and center console too.
