cam ID help fast please!!!!

i just gotta set of 98 US type R cams....but i forgot which cam is which...is there anyway i can tell which is which?? need to install them soon...so anyone kno?!?!?!

yeah..the cam with the slot (this is where the distributor key plugs into) at the end is the intake cam. Obviously the other is the exhaust.
