puddle under car
I just got a 97 ls and have noticed that when I park a small puddle forms under the car. I don't run the A/C so I don't believe it is from that. It smells, feels and looks like plain old water. Anyone know what this is and if this is normal?
Thanks

where exactly does the puddle form under the car? If it's just behind and inside the right front tire, that's definitely the A/C condensate drain pipe.
You never run the fan w/ the A/C button on at all, ever? The only plain water in the car should be either A/C condensation, or your washer fluid tank if you only use plain water, like me.

Your car is taking a leak.
Seriously, plain water doesn't make sense if you aren't using your A/C unless you have water in your coolant system for some reason or you have water in your windsheild washer reservoir. I would suggest jakcing your car up when you park it and see wher eit drips from.
