my friend found this place down the st from me that has a scale for trucks. i dont think its used cuz noones there during the day but the gates open all night. anyways i went there tonight and weighed my car. its an ex coupe with full interior, 1/8 tank of gas, 3 full water bottles, 2 semi full backpacks, lots of **** in the glove compartment, an autolock and me. i weigh 183 ( just got weighed at the docs 2day ) and my car wieghed 2480 with me and all that **** in there.
wow, interesting. so you just drive up onto the scale and it weighs you and ur car?? so if i found a truck weigh station, could i just drive up onto the scale and have it weigh my car?

That seems about right, but it's not going to be accurate. You have to remember those scales are made for trucks, which weigh a lot more than our Hondas.. so it may not be as accurate when weighing lighter vehicles. But it seems about right tho.

yea we have a recyclying (excuse spelling) plant that weighs the trucks that come in and the lady lets me weigh my hatch when ever i want and she says that the scale is with in 10lbs +or- by the weigh my hatch with 1/3 tank of gas 2020 with out me in it. carpet and rear seat removed, carbon fiber hood, 15inch rotas. I was pretty happy with that I weigh it usually once a week or so just to see how accurate the scale is and its always pretty close.

dude, thats pretty good! i need to find one of these truck weigh stations. i think there is one in stockton. i'll finish stripping my car out first then try it out. i weigh about 140. so my rex should be pretty light even with me in it.

looks like the put the tq #'s for the 6th gen Si by mistake. It should be the same as the EX.
