i have the old beat-up 2-piece from ben @a&j's ek9 civic because i was too poor to buy the 4-1. if u want lots of top end, get the 4-1. otherwise what i have now gives good midrange and minor loss in bottom end.

I haven't tried the new 4-2-1 one piece yet but they tell me it has all the midrange of the older 2pce with added punch on the top end now.....
take it FWIW....I'm waiting for the header test myself.....hehe

Recently I was examining a spoon 4-2-1 1 pc header, and i cant believe that
thing is worth the money. The primaries are small and if you look at the flange
they are actually smaller than the ports themselves. Combine that with a few
strange turns near the collector and that makes for a pretty bad combination.
Mugen or SMSP all the way

A while ago I said that the Spoon header seemed to be nothing more than a glorified JDM 4-1 and I got flamed like crazy.

I thought it was the Mugen 4-1 that was a glorified JDM 4-1? I guess we'll find out what the real deal is when the headers get it on in the Great Header Test.
