Take it to the track, get lots of practice, and find out.

9.8 with a 1996 D16Y8 in an 89 Crx Si. It had an intake, exhaust, and bored out throttle body. Stock header and cat. Car had stock sawblades and a gutted rear interior.

Just thought I'd chip in with my old car's time.

Well if you're having a lot of spin and want to lower your time work on your launches and change the rubber. That should help to begin with. But as said, practice, practice, beer, 2-3 hr break (No DUI), more practice.
