you can do it, but why? the itr block already has oil squiters and a block girdle, the ls doesnt. And if you already have the ls block, just keep it, and take advantage of the longer stroke (89mm from 87.2 for the ITR). The only benefit i can see is the slightly better r/s ratio of the ITR 1.58 (i think) instead of 1.54 for the ls, which isnt that big of a deal.

advantage...you can say you have a heavy *** ITRRRR crank in your engine

disadvantages: loss of power, waste of money, doing work for nothing

Well my deal is i have a Ls block that is sleeved and bored .20 over, but no crank. I also have Arias 12.5 to 1 pistons(2 sets .20 over). Than i have a 96 jdm ITR in my car. Basically i was thinking I'll just use the itr crank but it seems I'd be better off just buying a new crank and selling the itr.

eagle cranks are designed improperly.

if you really want an aftermarket crank..go with crower.

but i'd still suggest getting an OE LS/b20 crank

One more question, what would be the better oem crank, ls or b20?

Never knew this! I have heard it the other way around; LS crank and rods in an ITR!
