After I hit 63500 miles, my little yellow "maint reqd" light started blinking like 5 to 10 times when i start up my baby. she runs like a champ right now, so I dont know what could be wrong.

I got the car w/o a manual. It is a 2000 ls. Is there any scheduled maintence for this mileage? what else could it be?

should I just take it in to a mechanic or what?

its just reminding you are in need of scheduled maintence there is a reset button under the steering wheel dash right side..................oil chagnge, fuel filter...belts

^ I'm going through the same thing right now. I got to have my thermostat checked, either that or have my radiator cap replaced or probaly the whole damn radiator itself. No point though. My new motor going in soon. The Main. Req. Light is a dummy light. As dc206 said, there's a reset button.
