I think that the BmC log manifold is one of the best quality for it price ranged, i received mine a few days ago and it doesnt compare to all the 600+ manifold but for it price it pretty good. here a pic of mine

honestly... BMC customer service has gone to crap. i waited for over 2 months to recieve my manifold with no return replies as to what the hold up was and the welds look like the customer service, pigieon crap. no consistency. why do you think he is no longer in the homemadeturbo.com classifidies section? too many complaints from HMT members.

rank1 (shitbird) manifolds are 10 times better although they do cost a little more.

looks like they didn't weld urs up completely.. a guy i know bought a kit from cheap turbo.com w/ an equal length mani, and they forgot to finish welding one of the runners.. I had to finish the job w/ a MIG welder cuz i dont have a TIG.. QUALITY CONTROL has to be at least 100 % if you're buyin from any company..

its like buyin a brand new car and the manufacture forgets to install a brake line or suspension bolt.. i'd complain!!

Most run a bead around the inside of the runners, the outside doesn't matter *that* much. IMO it's better to have a smooth bead inside the flange.
