WTT: '98 OEM GS-R blades for '99+ OEM Si wheels?

I'm looking for clean, Si wheels. Also, you must be in either PA/MD/VA/NJ. No exceptions (unless you're willing to travel for the swap/trade. I am not looking to ship these wheels. I'm only interested in face-to-face trades.
