I have to get my car ref'd and wanted to know if a b18c1 motor with OS (.25) ITR pistons will affect my smog enough to make me fail?

No, you should pass fine if everything else if in proper working order.

now...from my understanding...the JDM ITR pistons add a bit more compression than the USDM...would my motor still pass with the JDM OS ITR pistons?

 

should pass , more compression means higher nox , but as long as your cat and o2 sensor is in good working condition you should pass
