B16A2 in 93 Civic - Can I ground an ecu wire to check CEL??
Hi I searched for a long time and couldn't come up with an answer... Please help.
I have a B16A2 that I just put into a 93 Civic HAtch. The previous owner moved the ECU to above the glovebox, which isn't such a big deal, but now I have a CEL and I can not find the grey connector to jump the wires. It is a P30 ECU that i have installed. I need to know if there is a certain ECU wire that I can ground to get the code. I read in another thread that you can ground D4, but I am not sure if that was the same ecu.
Please help me out asap, or if anyone knows exactly where the grey connector wires come from that may help me out. I have a big gray connector, with a brown connector attatched to the side of it, I also have 2 small blue connectors, but I cant find the little gray connector to check the code.
HELP MY PATHETIC ***!!!

I have one blue 2-pin connector and one blue 3-pin connector...both are wrapped with green plastic. Would it be the blue 2-pin connector possibly? It is a black and a brown wire on this connector, and at D4 on the ECU it is a brown wire... From reading that you can possibly ground D4, this makes me think this blue connector might be the right one? Would it be a different color because I am in Canada? if so that is gay. lol.
Just an FYI: This is actually a 95civic hatch. And I had to jump the blue connector that had a brown, and a black wire going into it.
Thanks for all the help honda-tech
