The actual headlights are the same, but the buckets are different. You need the '90-91 headlight bucket. You could try swapping your current bucket (if it is still good) onto the '88-89 headlight.
The '90-91 CRX and the '90-91 Civic wagon use the same headlights and buckets, so if you are having trouble finding a CRX headlight, you could try to find one from a wagon.
