Default b18c1 or b18c5

i have a 95 integra GS-R and was thinkin about doin a c5 head swap on it, would it be more beneficial to do the swap or just port and polish my c1.

Get the cams, then do a port and polish. Should be very similar after that. Oh yeah, full valvetrain too. Of course...c5 head is excellent stock...if you look you may find one for about $1500 or less...you will save on having to ship your head to get P&P and save on the cams since it already has good cams stock. You could also get the B18C head too (JDM ITR) not much of a difference, people just forget that the engine coded b/w the two are different.

k thanks, and one more question when/if i buy a c5 head what should it come with for about 1500 just the head or will it have cams and full valve train too? sorry if this sounds stupid but im only relatively knowledgeable about cars thanks again
