i was hooking up my turbo timer...in my rex and i accidentially grounded out the car...now here's my problem all the lights do not work ie. headlights,tial lights,dome light and radio....ok but the car starts and the reverse lights,hazards/blinkers,brake lights all work....i've checked all the fuses i think and they all seem to be fine....but i used a test light and everything that doesn't work isn't getting power according to the tester......grrrrrr i have no clue what to try so i figured i would post to see if anyone might have some ides to try (ANYTHING) i have no clue

I'm not an electrical guru, but did you check the underhood fuse box?
