I cant say what the situation was for Import Palace (most likely hurricane's like stated) but I know we have been going through Hell for the last six to seven weeks with hurricanes, tornadoes <u>AND</u> tropical storms. All of this is unheard of until now

 

To add to my post. We have had customers calling for the last couple days asking us to send them boxes for their cores because their roofs were torn off, etc.

where is order 1683???i paid for the extra shipping to get it sooner but all i got so far is an email saying it had just been partially shipped...what part hasn't been shipped yet??i hope it arrives sometime in the next couple of weeks cause i really need that stuff!!!
