you're gonna have to hit up a junkyard but good luck finding one near tokyo that's accessible for you without a car...

You could try one of the Up Garage locations around the outskirts of Tokyo (1 in Chiba, 2 in Saitama), but used Honda parts are hard to run across. Best place would be Yahoo JPN Auction.

yea but if he's only gonna be there a few days... i doubt he'll be able to access anything. transportation to shiba or saitama is probably way out of his way, and yahoo JPN won't help him much if he doesn't speak japanese and has no mailing address in japan (buying a j-phone PJ off there was a BITCH before i spoke any decent amount of japanese)

Prolly cause of the market size. You know there's a buncha ****'s from the US or smart Japanese people taking advantage of the US craze stealing all the parts and Ebay'ing **** or selling them to distributors here in the US (Hmotorsonline, JDMHondaParts.. etc..)

He's talking about the fact that Tokyo is a ******* huge *** city where no one wants to have a car.

Thus, there are no parts to be found.

If you want to even find a tuner shop, you have to take the bus to the outskirts. You won't find any in the main areas of the city.

They're only "obediant" because they want your money, and know you'll be willing to buy them ****. There are shows on TV about how to catch "gaijin" (foreigners) and use them to get a LV bag. I read a magazine article explaining how to recognize if a gaijin has money or not by their appearance. They're not stupid little objects that you can pick up off the street anytime you want. A large portion of the "Asian fetish" that non-asians have is because they have an image of the Asian woman being an exotic, obedient little slave, even in their subconcious if anything. It pisses me off.

We watched this idiot *** Canadian guy, after spending the whole night talking about how he could score with any Japanese chick that he wanted because he was white and in Japan, spend 4 hours trying to find chicks. No luck. After one girl finally started to get an interest in him, my other friend who was just as annoyed at this ******* as I was went over there and stole the girl AND brought her back to their place. And my friend was a female =P

The reason relatively few people drive is because:

1) Tokyo's mass transit is probably the best in the world.
2) Car ownership (and parking) is quite expensive.

The tuning shops are mostly in the surrounding wards like Chiba and Saitama, but those are all within 1hr. of the city center.

The reason you don't find many Honda parts (either NEW or USED) is because Hondas represent a relatively small percentage of the tuning market there. I would say Nissan, Mazda are most popular, then a tie between AE86 and Mitsu EVO/Subaru, then maybe Honda EK/DC2, AP1.

Goto a goddamn 7-11 or family mark. Bookstore even.

Grab something called GOO PARTS or GOO CAR something. It is a thick *** book filled with secondhand parts for sale. Find a japanese dude that is going to be your best friend and ask him for directions to the easiest shop to get to.

As others have stated, car shops are 99% of the time a complete bitch to get to if you have no car because they are always off of the major roads, not by any train stops.

I cannot offer you any advice for tokyo, as tokyo is a complete clusterfuck and I have avoided it all my life, but for Nagoya, Osaka, and Kyoto there are a few shops I can give you directions to via car.
