Im plannin on gettin a engine torqu dampener. Just wonderin if anyone has coments on thiers or experiences with one. Thinkin about a J's racing or ingals torqu dampener.

They only help wheel hop a little though. ES Motormounts are a better investment but they do cause rattling of your car.

 

see the thing is that all these dampers are located on one side of the motor and not the other.5-zigens prototype one is on top of the valve cover some what in the middle(better) which is more balanced, es mm are very good and way better bang for ur buck.

 

I remember seeing a engine dampener that mounted like the 5zigen one, it was made by k-one i believe.

 

szigen dampner if you got the money.

the 5zigen will only fit on the k20a

Why is that? Did you mean dc-5r due to the firewall mount?

 

do the es mm inserts for the k series vibrate the car as much as other hondas do with them my d series ef vibrated like a ****

yes these will also vibrate like a ****..especially with the a/c on
