Climate control doesnt light up
I just finished the diy jdm amber dash, I got everything hooked in right. My cluster lights up wonderfully, but my climate doesnt, the button lights do, but not the rest of it. I followed Bauley civics hatch to the T, the bulbs didn't fit worth **** into my climate, so I did what he said and I crammed them in there.
Any ideas?

I know when I tried to do mine, I left out 2 screws and apparently they're what ground it out. Make sure you've got all the screws back in.

Do you remember which ones they are? I really dont want to put the screws back in, those are the biggest pain in the *** ever. I wanna say it's the bulbs, and I wouldnt be surprised, because those things fit like ***.

Its the two that go all the way in and secure it to the metal crossbar. This was on an EK and I've never done an EG though.

This was on an EG?
My climate control didn't light up the first time because I forgot to plug the climate control up to the wiring harness. What you do is plug it in with the bulbs exposed (to make sure they work) and then once you've determined that they work, assemble the climate control and put it back in.

Yeah, it was too dark to finish it last night. But I got up this morning and finished it, I got it to work. I just changed the bulbs, turned out it was a grounding issue.
for the good write up.
