The ignition coil in my 89 crx si ohms out a little to the high side, it this a sign that it has failed.
per the helms I tested the restance between the A and B termnails on the ignition coil and it was around 1 to .8(helms says .30 to .50 ohms)
when I ohmed out the termnial A to the seconday termnial I got the reading of 10,420 ohms helms tolerances are 9,4xx to 14,xxx
im just wondering if the main connection is too out of spec ohm wise on my ignition coil and this is why the car has no spark
also the helms has no information on testing the ignitor that I could see, does anybody have any information on testing the ignitor?
try too save her from the junk yard
TIA
