i have crx swap with ls/vtec.....for some reason it wont rev pass 3000 rpm....any idea guys..plse help me.....

Sounds like a code 4 and a code 24. There should have been a long pause between the SSSS (code 4) and the LL SSSS (code 24). Sorry I cant help you with how to fix it though.
