Our 98 Accord LX 4cyl, 78 K needed a complete transaxle rebuild ( including the differential . Was told Honda has had a lot of problems from 97- 01 . If I knew the transaxles were blowing up I would have never bought what I was hearing was a reliable car that ran for ever if you did the maintenance .
