Default JDM ACCORD HEADLIGHTS QUESTION

My brother is picking up a 94-97 accord this weekend and he is gonna order up some parts, I was wondering if the ebay jdm black housing headlights are close to the acctual OEM ones? Has anyone got these? Do they fit well?

Pretty much anything aftermarket is garaunteed to fit like crap. Nothing is as good as OEM, but with a little patience, you could make them work.

A friend bought some(not that exact style) and they didn't fit good at all, but he took his time, used some washers, and moved his fender a little and now they look fine. Make sure you do it right the first time rather than doing it twice or three times.

if i were you, i wouldnt risk it because theres a cheaper and more fun way to do it: DIY.

bake, mask, paint, seal, replace. very basic and looks pretty good. there are more detailed instructions around here somewhere, do a search

i bought a pair of projectors off of ebay for my '00 accord and the left one wasnt completely flush with the side of the car. it stuck out the slightest bit but was able to mold it a little. i dont know if the case would be the same for your model year. when it comes to ebay its sorta the luck of the draw i think

nothing like the real ****.....i found a guy that was selling the real stanley ones on ebay and got him to sell them to me for 350 shipped. They fit perfectly and look great. Especially when you add some HID to it If it were me, id spend the extra $$$ and get the real ****, wait for a good deal, dont buy from some website that says they are the real thing. Wait a lil bit and see if you can find a good deal on the real ones. If not, then do whatever else. Just my $.02.
