5th Gen Strut Bar Problem
I just recently bought my first Honda, a 2000 Prelude. I bought a front strut bar and when I went to install it, there were three wire harnesses in the way on the passenger side. Now i dont kno if i should just remove the metal piece holding the harnesses and let them hang, try to relocate it, or avoid the trouble. If anyone can be of any help it would be appreciated.
Also my passenger side headlight keeps blowing out about every three weeks, I've heard this happens somewhat often. Does anyone know what the problem may be there?

Samething happend to me, I bought some no name ebay strut bars and the front didn't clear the brake lines so I haven't installed them yet cuz I didn't wanna mess with the lines.
What kind of light bulbs are you using? when you changed the light bulbs are you touching the bulbs with your fingers, the oil from your hands could screw up the blubs and cause them to blow. do you have OEM or aftermaket blubs? I bought 2 pairs of aftermarket light bulbs and they keep blowing out every week so I went back to OEM and its been like 6 months and still no problems.

That's exactly what I bought, some brand called Megan Racing from eBay. A friend of mine said that he knows how to install it and relocate the harnesses, when I find out what he does I will let you know. The light bulbs I can't remember the name. I just picked them up from East Coast Performance and they kept givin me new ones everytime they blew out. I made sure not to touch the bulb with my fingers cause I did hear about that problem. Unfortunaltely I can't go back to the OEM bulbs because I only have one. Maybe there's some kind of short in the headlight wires.
