How to undo somthing that was molded to the body?

How to undo somthing that was molded to the body?
The car I currrently bought has molded on side skirts that ar cracked,how could I go about removing them? I plan on replacing themwith similiar skirts not molded on,so if its alittle unperfect under neath its ok!
