I'm thinking of maybe one day buying the ATS 4.7 Final Drive for my S2000. Anybody here running that kind of gearing? How is the acceleration compared to stock? What is the top speed now?

Yeah I was up there when Kenso was putting in it for him,but I think I might wanna get the J's racing 4.7 over the Richmond. I think the richmond is a 4.4 correct?

I would have searched for it but everytime I go to the search page my computer just locks all up and I have to close everything out. Sucks having a bum comp.

yea i am considering the 4.57 because it is in between the 4.77 and the 4.44 lol. what is the top speed with the 4.57 and how much does the 0-60 improve and 1/4? is it a proven fact to help the car out and make it faster and not just quick rev ups and lose speed or times?
what about having to calibrate the speedometer? dont you lose calibration of the speedo when you change the final drive and change tire/wheel size??

Yes,I'm for sure going with the 4.57 rear end. If you guys want one also send "fknfast" a IM about one. He has good prices on them

has anybody ever tried a gear vendors under/over drive for the s2000? it might eat too much hp on one of them. but having 12 gears would be a lot of fun.

I'm gonna go with Kia gears as well. Paying $300 bucks at the Kia dealer sounds way better than spending $1000 for the same gears from J's.
Also, here's graph showing the diffrence in gearing the 4.77's make over the stock
(4.10) and the discontinued 4.44's
