Mount the camera where you want it, suction mount homemade mount, where ever its steady. Use longer exposure times like more than a 1 or how you see fit. Have a friend, or yourself, push the car slowly so the car and camera wont shake. Keep experimenting with exposure times and lighting when snaping.
Pics looks good, do one at night like at a construction site, you usually get a lot of different light sources.
