Yes and no...
The pan may fit but you might have some oil pickup problems.
VTEC and non-VTEC use different pickups.

why would u swap the oil pickup? just get the right pan. i tried to fit an LS on my GSR when i boosted, and it was a no go. just get the right pan, makes life easy
