hey im looking for oversized JDM ITR pistons. The motor swallowed a valve and its either resleeve for the JE's or bore the old sleeves for the oversized pistons. Where in the US can i get the oversized pistons.

By the way George, is the car holding up with the recent rebuild? Mine is having some sort of problem, as it's STILL burning oil.

I didn't use Leo for the ITR, but for finding some unusual parts for an H22A motor.

The ITR is doing fine. We could get more HP out of it but Sakai knows it's going to the track once/month during the season, and he didn't want to push it. (The car's biggest problem continues to be the driver.)

I watch the oil, and it probably loses 1/2 quart per 3 or 4 sessions. I don't really worry about that.

How much oil are you burning?

I don't worry about it too much. 120 minutes at 8000 RPM? 1/2 quart of oil is the least of my problems.

The phone number to PasswordJDM is (562) 630-8298. They're all the way out in Paramount, Cali, so remember to take time zone differences into account if you're not "way out there" yourself.

Yeah, burning 1/2 quart for a day of tracking isn't a big deal. I don't think I've driven ANY car that didn't burn at least a little on a track day. As for my car, it's not very consistent, but is ranging from 1/4 - 1 quart every two weeks or so. I've been driving it easy the past couple weeks, and it continues to burn, which is bothering me the most.
