What do you think... are some battle scars from racing on your car cool or ugly...?

 

You can make really good battle scars with a hammer.

 

ugly.

 

The first one can be cool, then others get annoying, and you think about fixing the damage, but, by that time, you wouldn't care anymore anyhow.

I have a *few* cone marks on my front lip...other than that I couldn't see any significant damage to my R to be considered COOL.

 

How bout bullet holes? Are those cool? I saw a vietnamese dude driving in a 2nd gen Teg with bullet holes riddles across the driver's side. Looks like he pissed someone off...

i cant agree with you guys more, but haha i can see this following the japanese trend of battle scars from street drifting and it kinda being cool to them to my knowledge, or not nesacarily cool, but yeah just to show. am i just blabbing or do you guys see my point on this?

i have so many i cant even count them... people give me **** all the time but i say **** em.

 

I'm not at all for them.

however, sometimes, theres just some things that you'd rather not pay to get fixed. I'm so **** though I's have to get them fixed if it got out of hand.

Hmm interesting theory.. too bad it's not correct. Whoever wastes their time fixing battle scars (well correctly fixing, bondo + 1 coat of primer + 1 coat of paint just to get through SCCA ITCS/etc appearance regs doesn't count) when it'll just happen again.. is a we todd.

My car has plenty of battle scars, and it's washed maybe once a year. maybe. I LOVE how many honduh ppl ask me how I could drive such a shitty looking car. lol.

Sorry but all Battle Scars show is that you made a mistake, especially if you were autocrossing.

 

And if you don't make mistakes, you aren't driving enough. It takes mistakes to learn both your cars and your own capabilities.
