Default Having problems with a 1994 Accord EX

I just replaced the motor in my 94 accord with another F22B. Before that my car was working good. I just needed a new motor. Now my car is acting crazy. My head lght won;t turn on. My frame is not grounded. it's reading positive. MY car won;t start. it's just crazy. I bought a new wireing harnnes. I have no problem there.. and when my car did start. my car burned the throttle cable.

ALL F-series Honda motors are inline 4 cylinder.

edit: forgot to reply to OP

electrical problems are a pain in the *** to diagnose. if you havent already done so, check the main engine harness around the engine and see if there are any pinches, loose plugs or ungrounded grounds. if there are, handle accordingly
