i have an 89 crx with the 1.5L and the other day it died and wont start back up. it cranks over and is gettin fuel, but it doesnt seem to be getting spark. i changed the coil, and cap, and button, but no difference, i also checked the plugs, none r burn or anything, im goin to go change the ignition module here in a bit, i was just wonderin if anyone had any clue what the hell is goin on with it. i also checked the ecu code and the only getting on flash. so things seem good there. any help would be great

 

it probably needs a dizzy. if you werent getting fuel, id say main relay. but it sounds like an ignition problem to me.

 

any check engine lights?

 

its sounds electrical to me..need new distributor probably..check your timing maybe it changed somehow..it also could be the alternator..did the battery light come on?
