Search...has to be billions of these.
It all depends on environmental conditions, dyno, etc. There are way too many variables to get an exact at the wheel horsepower number for a header. Your usual DC sports header will see anywhere from 2whp-8whp...8whp would be for the JDM ITR 4-1 header w/ 2.5" collector. Custom headers will net anywhere from say 6whp-20+whp on some motors (I've seen dyno's of ITR's making 20whp with a DTR header...all stock).
A catalytic converter won't do too much. It will just alleviate some of the restriction in your exhaust system. Maybe a slight seat of the pants gain? I have seen dyno's on slightly modded cars where a fresh aftermarket cat gained 2whp. Now if your stock one is clogged (whole other story for gutted cats...) you could see a bigger gain.
If you want the craziest gains, you could spend over 1k for a custom header from DTR, SMSP, Hytech, etc... and get a minimum of 10whp over stock. You can also get SMSP's full header back setup (includes a cat I believe) and see a bit more power. Good luck

thanks man i was wondering about these custom headers, i also heard toda and mugen and dtr went up to head? and toda had the most consistent gains?
