throw a nice set of components up front and then a decent set of aftermarket ones in the back with a fairly priced 4 channel and you will be all set.......i would suggest something like infinity speakers for value and sound quality

You have a 15 inch sub so I would suggest a nice quality pair of components up front and a reasonably powerful 2 channel or a bridged 4 channel amp. Try a few out and see what you like. Personally I'd ditch the rear speakers.

For about $225:

Alpine SPX-177r (NO, I have not heard these...I'll admit it. But, from a trusted source, these are a GREAT value). I'm going to recommend sticking with these unless your install is somewhat thorough. If you are mounting in the doors, or your kickpanels are less than sturdy...or you don't have enough airspace (sealed) in your kicks - then don't even bother with more expensive components.

If I wanted a budget setup...I'd go for these.

Now I see that you have fairly high-output bass... You'd probably want a fuller midbass, correct? Hmm... Resonant Engineering will soon release their "XXX" components. I think the target price is somewhere around 400-500. I'm not at all sure what the tweeter will be like, but I'm personally waiting for that Mid! (It's huge!) http://www.reaudio.com -- Don't hold your breath - might be delayed for a while.

Assuming you don't care for that kind of SPL... a lot of people love Seas Lotus Reference components. These ARE excellent (And yes, this time I'm allowed to say that). If the XXX mid doesn't perform the way I want, I'll be going with a Seas Lotus 8" midbass. These are a little more costly...a little more difficult to set up...and perhaps you should use a different tweeter (not the seas lotus tweet). Ask for advice before purchasing these - the Mid needs a "notch filter" - pain in the ***, but beautiful when done. Might want a 3-way system if going with the 8" - use lotus 4" mid. I have different plans in mind.

There - gave you 3 different budget points with 3 different goals in mind.

Edit: And I'm going to suggest ditching the rear-fill, or simply fading it down (a lot) so you can use stock rears and headunit power. I'd prefer eliminating it though
