Default need advice on salvaging motor from my car

hi guys. pls excuse my ignorance but i totaled my rsx recently and plan on buying it back from insurance. the motor still runs but i have no clue how to get it out of there.

from what i know an rsx motor weighs as much as a b16.. which is about 350lbs give take.

and can anyone recommend a method of shipping this motor? thanks so much guys.

If the front end hasn't sustained any major damages, then refer to a shop manual for exact removal instructions. If it has been heavily damaged up front, then it may be easier to take a sawzall to some of the body/frame components.
