can the dizzy make the starter not crank? I cant find this electrical problem, the ecu blinks one and goes off when turning the key, every fuse gets power, cluster comes up. I tried giving the starter manual power from the battery and still didnt start. any one have any thoughts on what It can be? main relay works, fuel pump turns on and primes.

How old is the starter?

 

i dont know how old it is but like i said when i put manual power to the starter it cranks.
