Default F22 fuel rail on an h22 will it work?

My friend purchased an AEM fuel rail for his f22 and since decided not to use it. I have a h22 in my hatch and am curious to if it will work or not? I have used other parts like alternator off the f22 so assumed itd work but not sure. Anyone know for fact?

If his F22 was from a 90-93 Accord...the fuel rail is the same as the H22. AEM 25-104.
