my uncle wants alil extra go for his Z06 so i wanna hook some spray up for him.

he wants to get more power but he doesnt wanna brake the 3yr warrenty so we gotta do it so that we can put it back to stock with out them knowing lol

so with a stock Z06 what can it use?

some dumb *** kid around where I live is running a 150 shot on his totally stock. I think it is a dry shot but not positive. Still has not blown up.

 

A 150 HP shot on a stock Z06 motor with an upgraded fuel pump, and upgraded injectors if it is a dry nitrous kit is perfectly safe.

We run an NX kit on my Uncles mostly stock Z06, all it has is an offroad midpipe, a short shifter, walbro 255, and the juice. 250 shot all day long, although he does have to put good gas in it to spray.

 

so your running a 250 shot with just a walbro 255?

everyone starts with the 150 shot.

 

Tell your uncle to talk to some of the local Z06 owners or tuners/shops. That is his best bet. Also look into LS1 Edit. My buddy Dan uses it on his 500+whp N20 C5 and loves it.

if you want something simple and still be able to put it back to stock go with the mass air kit
a friend of mine has a 00 camaro ss and thats what he started with then upgraded from there

 

my buddy has a 99ss camaro, heads, cam and z06 intake(headers and exhaust also), he runs the TNT kit with a 150shot, he said thats all the bottom end can really handle but it was good enough for a 10.67@116mph(11.50 off the bottle) on street tires.

 

Most real fast z06 ive ran used 250shots..

 

im trying to get my dad to do a 150 shot before he s/c's but i dont think it will happen

you should ask this question at LS!tech.com they will know, theres a kid that runs at atco with a 150 shot on a bone stock z06, no problems yet.

 

Around me there is a little corevette crew that rolls around and meets up in parking lots to BS I went through one day with a couple friends to see what they were about and one guy was running a 125 dry shot bone stock the other was a 175 wet with "fuel work" as he put it I would say on a stock zo6 125-150 is safe but then again it depends on how much he is gonna use it and all those kind of things
