Default OS bearing in stroked b16

Im about to but my b17 crank/ rods and ctr pistons into my b16 block. The problem is the crank has a spun bearing. how will this affect my setup and where can I get oversized bearing for a b17....

why did it spin a bearing in the first place?
well it depends on what kind of bearings you are using? OEM or aftermaket i.e. clevite, federal mogul, ACL, ETC...
