Default Integra Automatic Transmission Trouble

Hi, I have a 1991 Honda CRX DX. It has a B18A1 motor swapped into it, with an automatic transmission (I know... it's next on the replacement list). But, I've had this car for about a year now, and when I bought it, it wasnt running. Right now, I'm having trouble with a few things.
1. It wont start, I crank it over, it gets spark, but no fuel.
2. The ecu is spitting out 2 codes. Code 10 (intake temp sensor), and Code 19 (Transaxle lock valve something or other).
3. I've got an OBD-0 wiring harness from my CRX, with the 88 integra ECU, and a B18A1 motor. Does this wiring setup work, or do I need to adapt the ECU for a b18a1?
4. The transmission's wires are not hooked up at all. ANY of them, the plugs are on the transmission, but the plugs that go to them aren't there. No where to be found in the engine bay (keep in mind, this car was AS-IS... I got it for 600 bucks)

Please, EMAIL responses to jlantic@yahoo.com . I tend to forget to check responses on message boards.
I appreciate all your help, thanks.

im pretty sure that you will have to upgrade your wiring harness(crx si)
also your ecu...
since the auto tranny is also controlled by the ecu.
you will have to add the injector resistor box to your set up.....

Which b18 do you have? There's two, the B18a1 and the B18A1. They have different ecu's that correspond to them. The B18a1 is OBD 0, and the B18A1 is OBD 1. You will need the tranny wires and the auto ecu. Have you checked the fuel pump, and lines? Good luck.

I know that the fuel rail is getting fuel, because 1. I can smell it, and 2. I had a bad seal on one of the injectors, which shot fuel across the engine...
I'm pretty sure its a b18A1, whats the difference?
