92-93 GSRs have a B17 in them. 94-01 GSRs have a B18C1. 94-95 is OBD I, 96-01 is OBD II. OBD I, IMO is the best.

Why don't you post this in the "Integra" forum? This forum is for the Integra Type R, which does not use that engine.

The Integra Type R forum is a place for talking about everything about the Integra Type R. It's not a lifeline on "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire".

Calm down.. Who cares where he posts it. He's just asking a simple question. We're all here to help, not flame. See.. you're the reason why a lot of people say ITR owners are cocky. Just answer the guys question without giving him a **** fit, just because he posted in the wrong forum. I get annoyed by it too sometimes, but I don't start giving people **** fits for it. I'm not trying to flame you, I'm just letting you know, that you don't have to be all defensive just because someone asked a question about a gsr in the itr forum.

Anyways.. you'll be looking to spend around $2500, to $3000.

I called for a GSR motor for a friend the other day, they quoted me $2500.00 for just the motor nothing else.

Damn.. that's expensive, just for the motor, with no tranny, and other parts that are needed. I've seen them come for around $3000 with everything.

Can I ask where you guys are getting quotes for 2000-3000 dollars for a GSR engine? I am in the market looking for a motor for my hatchback and was wondering where you guys got these quotes. I have only seen GSR motors with everything included (ecu, tranny, etc...) for nothing less 3500 or more.

It all depends on where you look. Shops offer them at different prices, and it depends if the motor is grade A or not.
