Brand new B-Series Garrett T28 complete turbo kit!
Helping a friend out who has changed plans and no longer needs this kit. Everything is brand new in the box. Looks like a very very complete kit. He has on on eBay here:

I know the owner of the kit paid $2700 for it. He will have to accept less than that for it but I'm not sure how much less he wants to take for it.
