Default Dyno numbers with Uberdata v1.7

Finally got a chance to use the latest version of Uberdata on the dyno woohoo!!Subject car is a '00 Civic Si with the internally stock B16A2, a lower compression headgasket (9.6:1), DRAG Gen III kit with the GS-R spec turbo (T04E 57-trim), stock DRAG DP mated to a ever-small GReddy SP (2.3") which totally killed spool time and peak power but the owner emphasised quietness so I understand. Anyways, after a a solid street tune I used the time on the dyno to fine tune the timing and iron out any quirks and came up with:

-241whp/186wtq @ 9.5psi

-251whp/195wtq @ 11psi

-260whp/199wtq @ 12psi

All-in-all the car ran great, perfect drivability and seamless transition. No bugs from the software and it ran glitch free, so kudos to the Uber-crew for tweaking the program to it's current state

Nope, standard OEM map pushed over the scale a bit. It was really a "let's see what it'll make" scenario, he won't run over 9-10psi on the street

Yea well, in retrospect, I have nothing but love for both my previous Hondata systems, one of which I still own and plan on buying the ROM editor so I can get my feet wet in it too

Neither was perfect, but it's clear Hondata is far more "spit n' polished" than Uberdata, none the less 1.7 has IMO made some clear advances..

has uberdata incorporated a boost cut into their software yet? That was really the only thing that leaned me towards hondata in the first place.

Just converted to OBD-I and installed my Uberdata P28 over the weekend. Started up and idled first try with no CEL. Should be building the charge pipes this weekend. I'm having a datalogging issue though and can't seem to get it figured out.

Good numbers for a b16, I made the same whp, but less torque at 7.5psi.

Is it tuned in the conservative side? I dunno.it seems to me like lowish numbers for the compression level + PSI level on a DOHC Vtec motor.
Or is it that the turbo is a small one?

That's been in there since, like 1.6... months and months ago.

It has to do with his 2.3" exhaust. It is killing his HP numbers. Also he has a exhaust leak at the manifold and when i had one it also hurt my numbers.

you'll get brownie points if you keep your SuccessStories page updated Dave... It's free webspace to advertise what you've done, if nothing else.
