Well short of telling you to check your timing, check the normal stuff
spark
gas

if you get both...well then it has to be a timing issue. Did you possible plug the distributor wires back in the wrong order?

well if you are sure you have spark and gas...did you check your compression?

Maybe you fucked up soemthing and your cams arent turning properly...givingbad compression and not allowing the engine to start.

it could possibly be the ground, use a wire hooked up to the batterie's negative, and ground the motor with it, then try to start the car, this has happened to me bfore. if not then i don't know what it would be

You say you have gas... Do you mean gas is flowing thru the rail or do you know whether the injectors are actually firing??

gas is flowing checked that got new spark plugs just to make sure and my car still turns over but will not start on my safc it goes up to like 100 rpms but wont start

could this possibly be it?

when i had my cams at tdc i accidently left the little pin holders in there holding the cams still and then i tried to turn my lower part with the 19 and the belt kept overlaping so then i realized and took that off could that have messed anything up?
or would i have to take the bottum plastic off because where my cams were at tdc the bottum may not have been?
