WellI was wondering if anyone else got hatch noises. I just got it like a month or two ago and now its ****** annoying! Wondering if anyone has got it and fixed it or knows what it is, my guess is that its the weather seal thing. I changed my hatch shocks to brand new ones, no help. Let me know if u have had any experience and how u fixed it! thanks

YAH I have a hatch noise as well I havent get a chanc e to fix it though, I have other problems to take care of first that are more important than a hatch

 

Yes, I learned how to fix mine by doing a search here. I just used some black electric tape on the latch and no more hatch noise.

 

yeah i think the noise is common (mine has it) but i also have more important stuff to work on

 

hmm i think i tried the e-tape didnt work well but ill try again. any more ideas?

 

Dudes, I don't know if you are experiencing the same chatter & squeaks as I did. But I just un corked my two rubber grommets on corners of the hatch about a 1/4 of a turn. No noises ever since!

 

already said both. raise the bump stops (make them taller so they're tighter when closed).

and e-tape on the hatch latch.
