Default H23 Vtec Safely Reving to 8,000rpms

What do i need to do to a H23 bottom end, to be able to make it rev to 8,200rpms safely?

I am using a H22 head, with Crower Valvetrain.

What does a stock h23 rev to?
My h23 block has Oversized Type S pistons, and ARP Rod bolts, and the crank is knifedged and balanced.

Well i have not even put the motor in the car yet to dyno it. BUt i was hoping that the stage 2 cams, would of helped to make power up to 8000, but if the bottom end wont be able to hold up, it wont make any sense
